Palm fit & flare dress instantly caught

I think summer is the perfect time to play around with prints. Of course, I’m usually drawn to classic stripes…but ikat, tie dye, tropical prints, gingham, polka dots & florals are all great patterns to try this time of year. Admittedly, I don’t have a lot of prints in my closet, but the neutral colors in this palm fit & flare dress instantly caught my eye.
I love the subtle puff sleeves + there is a fun tie detail in back that shows a little skin (while still concealing your bra strap). Because the sleeves have elastic sewn into them, you can also wear this off the shoulder (see photos below!), which is great way to make it date night-ready.
I added a belt to create even more definition at the waist – I wear this straw belt SO MUCH in the summer and it’s one of my must-have accessories to instantly make a flowy dress more flattering. Mine is old, but I found similar budget-friendly options for you here, here, here & here.
LOFT is well-known for their vanity sizing and this dress is no exception – I had to go down two sizes to get a perfect fit, so definitely keep that in mind when ordering.
