Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup strawberries, cut into bite-size piece
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a mason jar or other airtight container and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled. Enjoy immediately or take it on the go.
